Restorative Breathwork at Centerville Yoga

Posted by:

Restorative breath work is a profound tool for healing tension on all levels of body, mind, and spirit. The practice is based in a connected Dirgha (complete) breathing, coupled with mindful intentions and deep relaxation. A restorative session of breathwork helps you to release stress and awaken to your true self. j Many people feel more centered, energized, and lighter about their journey in life after their first session. Diane will offer gentle, mindful assists to shoulders, aromatherapy, and sound healing vibrations along with a specific mantra. All are welcome, no experience necessary.

Diane Kovanda, M.Ed., is the founder and director of Kind Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training. She is the co-author of Goodnight Yoga for children. Her experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation spans 30 years. Restorative breathwork is a signature practice of Kind Yoga.
