Kirsten van der Bil
Kirsten is a 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher. She has been an avid practitioner for over ten years and continues to explore and expand her yoga practice with dedicated study, challenging workshops, and playful practice. Trained in Hatha Yoga, Kirsten’s classes blend mindful, challenging flows with emphasis on the breath, and relaxation with inner exploration. Kirsten teaches Hatha Flow Yoga and Hoop Yoga on Cape Cod She is dedicated in sharing her passion for Yoga with practitioners of all ages and abilities.
She joined Journey To Hope, a non-profit yoga organization dedicated to providing yoga to those who need it most in the Cape Cod communities in March of 2012, and as a result feels that her ability to share compassion through teaching yoga, and in life, has greatly increased. Kirsten is dedicated in sharing her passion for yoga with students of all ages and abilities.
