As a wellness practitioner, with a deep passion for a healthy mind, body and spirit, Kim has pursued a personal practice of meditation and yoga for many years. Through her yoga practice she has discovered that happiness and wellbeing come from within and a balanced approach to life. Kim decided to deepen her personal practice and completed the 200 hour Teacher Training Certification from the Kind Yoga School on Cape Cod and is registered through Yoga Alliance. Always looking for ways to improve her practice and teachings Kim is currently pursuing the EYT-500 hour Teacher Training. As she strives to inspire others to relax their mind, release stress and tension from their bodies and rejuvenate their souls through breath, meditation and yoga movements.
Kim teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, yoga flow, chair yoga and Restorative Yoga to those with or without experience. Her classes are relaxed, compassionate and fun. Join Kim for her scheduled public classes on the beach or private classes in your home, office or studio setting.
