Kate has a lifetime of experience within health and wellness. She competes in triathlons, road races and most recently lead people through the Tough Mudder. Kate is the Co-founder of Primitive Reboot an outdoor natural movement based fitness company that teaches participants how to move and exercise more efficiently in nature to meet their fitness goals, whatever they may be. Also a certified yoga instructor, Kate uses a multitude of different training techniques to help prevent injuries and allow people to experience a well rounded fitness regime. ”
