Ingrid enjoyed gymnastics for many years throughout her childhood.  She began practicing yoga in her 20’s in order to maintain the strength and flexibility that she developed as a gymnast.  Ingrid soon realized that yoga also helped relieve stress, and enabled her to find more balance in her life.  Ingrid decided to change careers in 2001, and began working in the fitness industry as a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She started teaching a weekly yoga class at her gym, and in 2013 she received her 200 hour yoga instructor certification through Kind Yoga. She currently teaches at the Fitness Company for Women in Mashpee, MA.
