Doc has been involved within the fitness industry for over a decade, starting off as a physical training instructor within the British Army. Upon leaving he embarked on a journey through health and wellness which has seen him work with thousands of people helping them reach their fitness goals.

Over the years Doc has seen the ever growing need within both athletes and non-athletes for a much more well rounded and balanced workout routine and has found that implementing a yoga practice has not only helped the athletes he has worked with gain better balance, flexibility and mental strength but has help to prevent injuries.
Doc is a graduate of the Kind Yoga School and holds a USA national sports conditioning specialist license and holds a UK sports therapy certification.
