Alvina Baxter-Moran is a Certified Yoga Teacher from Kind Yoga Teacher Training School; she holds a BA in education and is an experienced class instructor. Alvina became interested in Yoga following her retirement to Cape Cod and believes in the power of yoga to positively and beautifully transform your mind, body and spirit. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.

  • Head, neck & shoulder postures
