| Diane Kovanda, M. Ed., provides consulting to individuals to effectively reduce stress. As a holistic health educator, she has provided natural healing therapies and stress management on Cape Cod since 1985. Diane has an extensive background in body/mind approaches to wellness including training in mind/body medicine with Herbert Benson, MD at Harvard Medical School, and certification in teaching Kripalu Yoga. She is also trained in mindfulness meditation, and guided imagery. Diane assists clients in accessing their inner wisdom to achieve personal goals and optimum health. She has a deep respect for each person’s healing journey and life story. |
